In honor and recognition of Women’s History Month, this month’s series, “The Power of Your Voice”, will share tips on owning both your voice and establishing your confidence in your career, life, and relationships. Should we shy away from owning the space that we hold?

No, not ever.

Considering your most salient identity, the ownership of who you are and how you show up is rooted in the confidence you hold for yourself. Few will see your power and create space for you if you do not speak your truth and purpose to ensure your voice at the proverbial table is heard.
