Calm Down…
I’m working; you acting like you haven’t stopped your day to take an unnecessary #selfie because you just wanted to... #realtalk I’ve been struggling the last few days. I’m missing the gym, time with the great people in my life, etc. We are all well aware of what we are missing.
But I’m writing this to share how deeply grateful I am as well. Probably even more so now that I get time to spend in my daily life. How much did I take for granted (so much)? My #God, how grateful am I for #health, where I #live, being #aliveandwell ! We all have something to be #grateful for today and every day.
Let me leave you with this: find at least one thing each day to be truly grateful for. On tough days, find two things!
